Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Yearsley Chiropractic, we are committed to providing high-quality chiropractic care and patient satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Services Rendered

  • Fees paid for completed chiropractic treatments or consultations are non-refundable.

  • Once a service has been provided, the payment covers the practitioner’s time and expertise and cannot be reimbursed.

2. Prepaid Packages & Treatment Plans

  • Appointments booked as part of a pre-paid package are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. These appointments may only be rescheduled, not cancelled.

  • To reschedule a prepaid package appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if the appointment is missed, the session will be forfeited and deducted from the bundle.

  • This policy allows us to manage clinical availability fairly and ensure appointment times are offered efficiently to all patients.

3. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged

  • If a prepayment was made, it will be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-show.

4. Payment Errors

  • If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing or processing error, please notify us immediately.

  • We will investigate and issue a full refund for any verified errors.

​

5. Products 

  • Products such as supplements, supports, or other items are non-refundable once opened for health and safety reasons.

  • Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Refunds and Payment Processing Fees

  • Where a refund is applicable, please note that payment processing fees charged by our booking and payment provider (Stripe) are non-refundable.

  • As a result, any refunded amount will be returned minus the Stripe processing fees, which are retained by the payment provider and not by the clinic.

  • This ensures we can continue to offer secure online booking and payment services while remaining fair and transparent with all patients.
